Tuesday–Friday: 9.30am – Last appointment at 8pm
Saturday: 10am – Last appointment at 5pm
Sunday: 11.30am – Last appointment at 3pm

Please note: This is a busy practice, and we respectfully ask that you arrive for your scheduled treatment on time or 5 minutes before. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. Late cancellations, with less than 24-hours prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may not receive the full duration of your treatment as another client may be scheduled after you.

Mobile appointments may be available but are at the therapist's discretion and are subject to therapist availability and are not available on Sundays. For mobile services a travel charge of £5 will be added to your treatment cost. Travel to locations further than 5 miles from Builth incurs additional travel costs, starting from £5. Specific fees are discussed at the time of booking. Confirmation of your booking is required no later than 24 hours before scheduled treatment time after which we reserve the right to conclude the treatment is no longer required and can take other bookings in your place. You may be subject to the late cancellation fee as noted above. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone treatment or to cancel an appointment or programme of treatments for whatever reason.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.

You are required to complete a confidential medical questionnaire prior to first treatment. We are unable to carry out any treatments without an initial client consultation and a completed medical questionnaire. You are rquired to inform us if any personal or medical details change.

All treatments and consultations are carried out in the strictest confidence. All personal data provided to us as mentioned above is securely stored in a non-digital format in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You have the right to view and amend your personal data as held by us. We will not share your details with any third party unless you give strict permission to do so in writing, i.e. with a medical professional such as your GP, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, etc.

All treatments and programmes do not diagnose or claim to cure and are not a substitute for professional clinical medical advice and treatment from your medical doctor, surgeon or GP.
