Body conditioning is a term often used to describe body toning and sculpting programmes through various means of fitness, strength training and core stability work. However, I believe the term has deeper conotations and therefore implications.
To me, body conditioning is an holistic term implying the whole body. I therefore work with you on a physical and mental level to a) help you condition your body on both the inside and outside for longterm health, and b) help change your attitude to food and fitness, and start you on a new path of discovery and wellness.
As a qualified nutrition, weight management, and sports nutrition adviser, plus fitness instructor specialising in strength training and body conditioning, I offer consultancy and programmes designed to help you physically condition and sculpt the body, while energising the mind and spirit through positive action.
I don't believe in short diets, fad eating plans, or intensive short term exercising – for longterm health, fitness and wellbeing a person needs to change their overall approach to eating and exercise, and look to condition the body at a steady pace. Dropping a dress size in 7 days may be achievable on some extreme diets, but it's not healthy and you're almost guaranteed to put the weight back on, and more, when you go back to your old eating habits.
My personal coaching programmes are tailored to suit your individual circumstances and goals. I have years of personal experience and am fully qualified to help you reach your individual goals, whatever they may be.

PLEASE NOTE:
Nutrition programmes are not suitable for people with Diabetes or clinical digestive disorders without prior written approval from your GP. Fitness programmes are not suitable for people with spinal or skeletal injuries without prior written approval from your GP. All programmes are only available to people over the age of 18.
Nutrition programmes require you to complete an honest 7-day eating diary prior to the first consultation.
All programmes require willpower and effort on your part to follow the advice given. None of the programmes are quick fixes, or 'magic solutions'. It takes years to put weight on and to allow our bodies to get out of shape, so it takes effort, time, sweat and dedication to rediscover the shapely body lurking underneath!
