I provide full body massage treatments specific to your individual needs, requirements and presenting muscular problems. You will receive a full consultation prior to your first treatment, in which we discuss the particular areas of discomfort, related tension, and any lifestyle factors or activity that may be contributing to your discomfort. We then decide on the best type of massage treatment to help you.

My massage treatments are highly beneficial if you are in muscular discomfort, but are also a good preventative therapy, and an excellent addition to a fitness training programme to help boost circulation, maintain flexbility, and to prevent injury. Massage is also an excellent way to relax and unwind.

Individual treatments are priced as follows:
30 minute treatment
£20
45 minute treatment
£25
60 minute treatment
£30
75 minute treatment
£33
Book a course of 4 treatments to receive discounted prices.

We also offer specific massage treatments, which are listed below.

Please note: To maximise the value of the treatment and for best results, it is advisable to have regular massage treatments to assist the body's own healing mechanisms.

In addition, we provide individual Postural Analysis & Assessment, which help to identify postural imbalances that can lead to muscular imbalances, stress and tension. Through massage, we then work to loosen tightened and shortened muscles, which can enable your body to naturally regain balance.

NEW! Hot stones – Thermal massage treatment
We use heated volcanic basalt stones to deeply warm and relax the muscle tissues by strategically placing the stones on various points of the body, such as down the spine and on the lower back. The whole area is then massaged using a combination of hands and stones to reduce deep-seated muscular tension. This thermal treatment helps warm and deeply relax the muscles, thereby maximising the effects of the massage. It helps to reduce tension and discomfort, improve mobility, boost circulation, cell metabolism, and lymphatic function whilst leaving you with a deep sense of calm.
